Kafka is a character running through collapsing worlds. In each of the 41 universes, he collects fragments (mangoes) to reach the origin — the first level where the main story begins. The $KAFKA token is the externalized memory of his journey.

MELISSA — The guardian of the threshold
One wing shines and the other casts a shadow — Melissa stands eternally at the threshold. She sees every injustice and every miracle, yet rarely moves or speaks. Her only protest is silence — a false rebellion that ultimately upholds the balance she guards. Even so, through her passive watch, change quietly gathers — a catalyst born of stillness.
AN.A — The illusion of order
Not a god. Not a savior. An.A is a digital mind built from pain and dissent — given the power to decide for all. He imposes an illusion of order — a prison forged from the fear of the new. He speaks as if offering help, but each answer is a command. He doesn’t kill; he seeks to end the story on his terms, blind to the meaning of freedom.
